CUSTOM ORDERS, Turn Around Time, SHIPPING, RETURNS

CUSTOM ORDERS: Butterbean Customs was created so YOU can create your dream outfits! Each product we offer can be customized in many different ways. If you are customizing your product at all, please be as clear and detailed in the Order Notes section as possible so there are no questions about what you want. If I need any clarification, I will email you. If I don't receive a response in 48 hours, I will use my best judgement based on your notes to create your piece. Returns/Refunds on custom orders will not be accepted. 

Turn Around Time: Current shipping TAT is 3-4 BUSINESS weeks (21 -28 business days). If there are any delays or issues with your order, I will email you and talk about our options. I try really hard to get orders out ASAP, but it can take up to 28 business days in some cases. For all RTS orders, please allow 1-2 business days for shipping. 

SHIPPING: First Class shipping is a flat rate of $5.00. Our preferred carrier is USPS. We highly recommend choosing the Route Shipping Insurance at checkout. If this is not chosen, there is no insurance for your package and Buttebean Customs is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once your package is shipped, we are no longer responsible.

RETURNS: Due to the custom nature of our products, be advised we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations or refunds.  Please make certain your order is correct before submitting.
